Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or related field with strong academic record.
• Interest in pursuing professional membership (CIBSE, IET) or equivalent.
• Fascination with building services engineering and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of M&E condition surveys and technical inspections.
• Assist with pre-acquisition and due diligence surveys.
• Contribute to lifecycle replacement plans and PPM schedules.
• Undertake site visits to inspect mechanical and electrical systems.
• Prepare technical reports and client deliverables under supervision.
• Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams.
