Qualifications

• Graduate with a Russell Group degree and strong academic record.
• First-Class Honours or a strong 2:1 required.
• Degree in Psychology, Education Studies or closely related subject.
• Excellent GCSE results in Math, English and Science; strong A-Levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
• Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons.
• Support pupils requiring additional learning or pastoral support.
• Help develop pupil confidence, independence and resilience.
• Contribute to literacy and numeracy interventions.
