KPI EDUCATION is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a busy primary school in Croydon. You will support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development on a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract, with term-time weekly pay.

The role is ideal for Russell Group graduates aiming for teaching, educational psychology, or SEND support pathways, offering valuable classroom experience and a supportive, inclusive school ethos.

Qualifications

• A Russell Group graduate with strong academic record.
• First-Class Honours or a 2:1 required.
• Degree in Psychology, Education Studies, or related subject preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.
• Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Supporting pupils with additional learning or pastoral needs.
• Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teachers.
• Collaborating with parents, teachers, and specialists as appropriate.
