We are recruiting for a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Liverpool, L8.
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-achieving graduate looking to build experience within primary education and develop a career in teaching, education or SEN.
Supporting pupils across the primary school
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Supporting pupils with their academic development
Assisting with phonics, reading, writing and numeracy
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
Helping children develop confidence, independence and engagement
Working closely with class teachers and the SEN team
Supporting classroom activities and behaviour
Degree in any relevant subject
2:1 degree classification or above – essential
Passionate about working with children
Confident, patient and approachable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interested in pursuing a career in teaching, education or SEN
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
DBS required – applicants without a DBS can be supported through the process.
