Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a Graduate Learning & Classroom Support Assistant to join a local school. The role is term-time with a pay of £500–£530 per week, Monday–Friday, full-time, starting ASAP.

This is ideal for graduates seeking hands-on experience in a classroom and a path toward teaching, education or pupil support. You will work with experienced staff, providing classroom support, 1:1 and small-group help, and contribute to a positive learning environment while building

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or above in a relevant subject — Psychology, Education, English, Mathematics, Science or a related discipline would be particularly relevant.
• A genuine interest in working with young people and pursuing a career in education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, patient and approachable personality.
• The ability to build positive relationships and engage pupils.
• A willingness to learn and take direction from experienced teaching staff.
• No previous teaching or school experience is required.

Responsibilities

Are you a graduate with a 2:1 or above in a relevant degree looking to build a career in education?

We are working with a school in Liverpool L8 seeking a motivated Graduate Learning & Classroom Support Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain their first hands‑on experience in a school environment and develop the skills needed for a future career in teaching, education or pupil support.

The Role

You will work alongside experienced teaching staff, supporting pupils in the classroom and helping them get the most from their education.

Your responsibilities will include:
