Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Graduate Learning Support Assistant for a secondary school in the Berkeley area. You will support students inside and outside the classroom, help access learning, and build confidence to reach their potential.

Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in the Berkeley area.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience, whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, recent graduate, aspiring teacher, or someone with experience supporting young people in other settings.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support students both inside and outside the classroom. You will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
