Job summary

KPI Education in Chester is seeking a Graduate Learning Mentor to support pupils with autism and SEND within an independent specialist school.

You will work 8:45am–4:45pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only, starting 2 November 2026, delivering 1:1 and small-group support while collaborating with teachers and therapists.

This role offers practical experience for aspiring Educational Psychologists, SEN teachers or therapists, contributing to pupils' learning and development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology, Education, Neuroscience or a related subject.

• Hold a degree in Psychology, Education, Neuroscience or a related subject.
• Have a genuine passion for autism and SEND.
• Aspire to pursue a career in Educational Psychology, SEN Teaching, SALT or Occupational Therapy.
• Demonstrate patience, resilience and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Are enthusiastic about gaining specialist classroom experience.

Previous SEND experience is desirable but not essential. Passion, commitment and the right attitude are key!
