Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a Graduate 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Liverpool (L37). You will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil, helping them access learning and participate in classroom activities.

This graduate-entry role is ideal for a 2:1 or higher degree in Psychology, Education, English, Mathematics or Science. Interviews are immediate with a start at the end of September 2026, Monday to Friday, full-time. No prior TA experience is required as training will be provided.

We are recruiting a Graduate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in the L37 area, working closely with one pupil throughout the school day. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to develop practical experience in education while making a direct difference to a child’s learning and development.

The Role

Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team, you will provide consistent 1:1 support to a pupil, helping them access learning and get the most from their time in school.
