KPI Education is partnering with an inclusive all-through school in Kenley to recruit a Graduate Learning Support Assistant starting September 2026. The role involves supporting pupils from primary to secondary ages with 1:1 and small-group work, literacy and numeracy support, and aiding teachers in delivering lessons.

Graduate Learning Support Assistant

September 2026 Start | Full-Time | Term-Time Only | £500–£600 per week

KPI Education is working closely with an inclusive and welcoming all-through school in Kenley, seeking an enthusiastic and committed Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2026.

This role provides graduates with the opportunity to work with pupils across different age groups and abilities, developing an understanding of how children learn, progress and respond to different forms of support.

What You Will Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing dedicated 1:1 and small-group support to pupils.
  • Supporting children and young people to engage confidently with their learning.

Who We Are Looking For
