We offer consultancy services, with access to specialist sister companies and partners, to support both public and private-sector clients. We work across sectors encompassing buildings, infrastructure, and regeneration.
Founded in 1926, we have a unique heritage in delivering client-focused solutions that deliver value through our commercial awareness, sustainable aspirations, and innovative approach. Pell Frischmann is part of RSBG SE, the patient capital investment arm of RAG-Stiftung, a foundation committed to addressing environmental and social issues stemming from Germany’s coal industry closure. RSBG SE’s mission is to generate sustainable funds for the foundation, contributing to efforts against global pollution and climate change.
You will join a dedicated team specializing in land surveying duties across the UK. The role involves learning and shadowing experienced surveyors, gaining practical experience to conduct surveys in diverse environments both in the UK and overseas.

You can be based in London, Manchester, Croydon, or Wakefield, working on projects like the Airfield Inspections and Compliance Surveys, which involve pavement inspections, object delethalisation, surface drainage, and pavement marking compliance.
Joining Pell Frischmann means becoming part of an expert, multidisciplinary team with training and development opportunities. You will be enrolled in our 2-year Graduate Programme, designed to meet professional accreditation standards and enhance your skills in project management, business, and personal effectiveness.
We are one of the UK's leading firms in infrastructure and built environment expertise, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment. We support your personal and professional growth, promote diversity and inclusion, and are committed to flexible working and employee wellbeing.
