Graduate Building Surveyor (APC), Central London

We are actively looking to recruit a Graduate Building Surveyor, either someone straight from university or perhaps with 1-2 years of experience.

Located in Central London in a newly refurbished fantastic office, our client can provide support, guidance, and backing to help you continue with your career development and aims of becoming fully chartered.

You will work alongside experienced Surveyors who will be on hand to help and nurture, whilst engaging in a variety of projects and professional work covering both residential and commercial properties.

Your role will involve assisting with a full range of building surveying instructions on various commercial and residential properties, including inspections and report preparation for clients.

You will support colleagues with tasks such as contract administration, management of building construction projects, undertaking condition surveys, preparing specifications for repair and redecoration works, defect diagnosis, and providing advice on dilapidations and Party Wall matters. Building strong relationships with clients to become a trusted partner.
