Graduate IT Support Engineer – Kent – £26k + Excellent Benefits

Are you a recent IT graduate looking to kickstart your career in a thriving technology team? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate IT Support Engineer to join a well-established company with over 20 years of success in the industry. The role is based in Kent, offering a salary of £26,000 plus excellent benefits.

You will be joining an experienced IT team, supporting over 500 internal users and gaining exposure to a wide range of IT disciplines. Initially office-based for five days a week, the role will transition to hybrid working upon successful completion of the probation period.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line and second-line IT support to internal users.

• Assist with the administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Support Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments.

• Work with virtualisation technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.

What Experience is Required:

• A recent IT-related degree or equivalent experience.

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, or virtualisation technologies.
