Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in a quantitative field preferred.
• Strong academic record and GPA evidence if possible.
• Familiarity with data analysis and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through 3–4 investment teams (e.g. Private Debt, Public Fixed Income, Rates, Insurance Linked Securities) for 18+ months.
• Analyse financial markets and investment opportunities to support decisions.
• Contribute to investment strategy, portfolio construction and capital allocation decisions.
• Assist due diligence, investment recommendations and transaction execution.
• Prepare materials for investment committees and senior stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and leverage AI/tools.
