If you’re interested in investments, insurance may not be the first industry that comes to mind, but it should be. We manage a large, sophisticated portfolio designed to generate investment income and match the different risks we take across Life and Health, Property and Casualty, Specialty lines and global currencies.
You will rotate across several investment teams spanning public and private markets, gaining first‑hand experience across the investment lifecycle. Working alongside experienced investment professionals, you will analyse markets, contribute to investment decisions and help solve real business challenges from day one.
Alongside your rotations, you will benefit from structured training, mentoring, exposure to senior leaders and support towards the CFA qualification. By the end of the programme, you will have developed a broad understanding of institutional investing, built a strong internal network, and established the foundation for a specialised career within Swiss Re Asset Management.
As an Investment Analyst in the FMP, you will develop a 360° view of investment management within insurance while contributing across the investment value chain. Your responsibilities will include:

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
