Job summary

Swiss Re invites graduates to join the Financial Markets Programme (FMP), a flagship rotational scheme designed to fast‑track early‑career analysts into investment roles. You will rotate through multiple investment teams, gain hands‑on experience, and receive structured training with mentoring, aiming to build a broad understanding of institutional investing.

Selected candidates gain exposure across asset classes, participate in the investment lifecycle, and work toward CFA qualification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree with up to three years of experience
• Interest in investments and financial markets
• Curiosity and ability to learn quickly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Rotate through 3–4 investment teams for at least 18 months across Private Debt, Public Fixed Income, Rates, and Insurance Linked Securities
• Analyse markets and investment opportunities to support decisions
• Assess portfolio performance and risk exposures
• Contribute to investment strategy, portfolio construction and capital allocation
• Prepare materials for investment committees and senior stakeholders
