• Build strong relationships with business customers over the phone, delivering excellent service while identifying sales opportunities.
• Learn about the company’s products, customers and commercial operations through a structured training programme.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders, ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout.
• Develop your sales, negotiation and commercial skills through both in-house and external training.
• Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver the best possible experience for customers.
• Build towards a future field sales role by developing strong relationship-building, business development and account management skills.
