Interpath is a leading UK financial advisory firm specializing in insolvency and restructuring. We invite graduates to join the Contentious Insolvency team, gaining hands-on experience in managing high-stakes cases that intersect finance and law.

You will work with professionals across financial and legal disciplines, supported by mentorship and structured development programs, including options to pursue ICAEW qualifications. Applications close on a rolling basis.

Qualifications

• Academic: Have a minimum 2:1 University degree.

Responsibilities

• Support management of contentious insolvency matters, including shareholder disputes, fraudulent conveyances, and misfeasance claims.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform case strategy and assess financial and legal data implications.
• Assist in preparing documentation and presentations for client meetings and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior teams to develop insights guiding clients through complex insolvency processes.
• Engage with clients, legal counsel, and creditors to facilitate effective communication and resolution.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and legal developments impacting contentious insolvency.
