You will lead contentious insolvency projects, oversee investigations into antecedent transactions, and handle misfeasance or breach of duty claims. In this role you will collaborate with legal teams and clients, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to business development by

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law (preferable but not necessary).
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPI or equivalent is preferred but not necessary.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in contentious insolvency or related financial investigations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Assist in managing a portfolio of contentious insolvency cases, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Analyze complex financial data to uncover issues and develop strategies for resolution.
• Prepare detailed reports, expert witness statements, and correspondence in support of cases.
