Responsibilities

• Support the management of contentious insolvency matters and assess shareholder disputes, fraud, and misfeasance.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform case strategy and evaluate financial and legal data.
• Assist in preparing documentation and presentations for client meetings and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior teams to develop insights guiding clients through complex insolvency processes.
• Engage with clients, legal counsel and creditors to enable effective communication and resolution.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and legal developments affecting contentious insolvency.
