Job summary

Reply, based in central London, is seeking a Graduate ICT Infrastructure Engineer to provide 1st/2nd line IT support across its UK business. You will manage endpoints and services across Windows and macOS, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID, while maintaining secure configurations in line with government classifications.

The role offers exposure to security, governance, and occasional on-site work across Reply's UK offices, with opportunities to grow skills through

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing or related discipline (minimum 2:1).
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS endpoints and Microsoft 365.
• Interest in cybersecurity and security best practices; willingness to pursue security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary 1st/2nd line IT support for internal staff via phone, email, and ITSM system.
• Provide daily support for laptops and mobile devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Microsoft 365.
• Administer and troubleshoot Intune and Entra ID including device enrollment and policy compliance.
• Handle OS patching, password resets, MFA resets, and endpoint policy troubleshooting.
• Investigate security alerts with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and related tools.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and SOPs for consistent support.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve incidents and improve infrastructure.
• Occasionally provide on-site support across UK offices with secure data handling.
