Job summary

The Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer will act as a key contact for 1st/2nd line IT support across the business, focusing on secure management of Microsoft 365 environments and device fleets.

Qualifications

• Experience providing 1st/2nd line IT support in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of M365, Intune, Entra ID and device management workflows.
• Strong security awareness incl. data protection and cyber security controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as 1st/2nd line IT support for internal staff via phone, email, and ITSM tools.
• Provide end-user support for laptops, mobile devices, and productivity apps (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android).
• Manage Intune and Entra ID device enrollment, compliance policies, and MFA issues.
• Perform password resets, account unlocks, OS patching, and BitLocker tasks.
• Investigate security alerts with Defender for Endpoint and remediation tooling.
• Create and maintain KB articles, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Liaise with third-party vendors for incident resolution and improvements.
• Occasionally provide on-site support at UK offices with security compliance.
