Job summary

MBDA is offering a Hardware-in-the-Loop Engineer Graduate Programme for 2027. The role involves testing missile subsystems through HWIL simulations and hands-on lab work, with a hybrid on-site pattern (4-5 days on site). You’ll work with C++, MATLAB, and data analysis to support development and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering to a minimum of 2:2.
• Basic experience of Matlab/Simulink or software development desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop test software, data analysis scripts and control systems (C++, MATLAB, CAD, Linux).
• Learn communication protocols (RS422, Ethernet, MODBUS, 1553).
• Engage in electronic and mechanical design work as needed.
• Develop workshop skills to build lab equipment and cables.
• Produce technical reports to support trials reviews.
