Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a HWIL Team Lead to drive the development of complex system simulations within world-class Hardware in the Loop facilities. You will oversee multiple project teams supporting missile design development, trials preparation and customer deliveries.

The role offers hybrid working with on-site presence and a salary up to £58,000 depending on experience, plus a company bonus up to £2,500, pension contributions and flexible benefits. Security checks apply after offer stage.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex functional integration or missile design areas.
• Experience in leading engineering teams.
• Experience in managing budgets and delivery schedules.
• Desirable: strategic engagement with stakeholders and facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic multi-disciplinary team to develop complex system simulations in HWIL facilities.
• Manage project-specific teams supporting missile design development, trials preparations and customer deliveries.
• Develop products, facilities and capabilities to support MBDA products.
