Job summary

Kronospan in the UK seeks an enthusiastic HR Graduate Trainee to develop their career within a global organisation. You will gain broad exposure to HR activities while working alongside experienced HR professionals.

The role covers communications, administration, recruitment support, employee relations, data analysis and project work, with CIPD qualification support and local and international training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Ambitious and motivated to build a career in Human Resources.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve with information.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Curious and open-minded with the confidence to bring forward ideas.
• Strong written and creative writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engaging employee communications, including the quarterly employee newsletter.
• Carry out HR administration and record-keeping, including grant funding claims for training spend.
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Support employee relations activity, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace.
• Analyse HR data and contribute to HR initiatives and business projects.
• Keep up to date with employment legislation, HR trends and best practice.
• Contribute ideas and participate in projects to improve employee experience and the wider business.
• Build strong working relationships across the organisation while developing HR knowledge.
