Qualifications

• Member of CIPD (or equivalent)
• Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification
• Up-to-date with employment law and HR best practice
• Proficient with MS Office, email and internet

• Generalist HR track record; autonomous and flexible
• Pro-active and self-motivated
• Ability to handle challenging individuals

Responsibilities

• Form and maintain effective working relationships with designated Partners, providing guidance on HR activities
• Provide training on policies and procedures
• Advise on employee relations cases
• Record, analyse and report HR data
• Advise on grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations
• Administer onboarding/offboarding and exit interviews
• Manage maternity/paternity leave in line with policy
• Maintain HRIS records and assist with management information
• Contribute to HR systems and process improvements
• Stay updated with legal developments and changes
• Assist or lead HR projects and development programs
• Assist with payroll administration and employee records
