Job summary

Salter Grange Limited is recruiting a Graduate Operations and HR Administrator for our client, a market-leading specialist electrical contractor in Armagh. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, workforce mobilisation and HR support, working with Operations, Recruitment and HR teams to coordinate hiring and onboarding across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Previous admin experience and/or a recent degree in HR or related discipline.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with documentation and data.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for operations and site-based roles, including posting vacancies and managing candidates on the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling between candidates, hiring managers and project teams.
• Support onboarding and mobilisation, ensuring documentation is completed on time.
• Maintain accurate recruitment, onboarding and personnel records.
• Liaise with candidates, employees and stakeholders on recruitment and onboarding queries.
• Track and report on recruitment and mobilisation progress to support workforce planning.
• Provide general administrative support to Operations and HR, including training coordination and employee communications.
