Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end compliance for candidates and keep records up to date.
• Chase and verify documents required for right to work, DBS, references, and training.
• Perform compliance checks in line with company and client requirements.
• Support recruitment team with submissions and placements and guide onboarding.
• Monitor deadlines and renewals; ensure files meet audit standards.
