Job summary

MBDA Missile Systems invites you to join its Human Resources- Graduate Programme 2027. This two-year rotation offers four placements across HR disciplines, with on-site work in Bolton or Stevenage and a typical hybrid arrangement.

You will develop skills in HR partnering, rewards & benefits, equity, diversity & inclusion, employee relations and learning. The programme includes annual salary reviews, a company bonus, and a strong path to progression.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a Human Resources or related subject, to a minimum of 2.2.
