Job summary

MBDA Missile Systems in Stevenage invites graduates to join the Engineering Support - Graduate Programme 2027. You will support CSS across the CADMID cycle, interact with UK military customers, and help keep systems ready for action while developing hands-on engineering skills.

The role offers a 2-year programme starting Sept 2027, with a £31,900 salary plus a £3,000 joining bonus, and a company bonus up to £2,500. It is a dynamic hybrid role requiring British citizenship and BPSS checks.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in engineering with a 2:2 or above.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, troubleshooting and repair tasks on live Projects.
• Gain hands-on experience across the CADMID cycle and interaction with customers.
• Collaborate with Design Team to resolve technical queries and improve supportability.
• Engage with Armed Forces stakeholders to understand user needs and feedback.
