Job summary

MBDA Missile Systems in the UK is launching the Procurement Graduate Programme 2027. The two‑year scheme features four six‑month placements across procurement and supply chain, with exposure to MBDA projects and partnerships with over 3,000 UK and international suppliers.

Salary is £31,900 plus a £3,000 joining bonus, with hybrid working 1–3 days onsite. The package includes a pension contribution, a company bonus up to £2,500, annual leave and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Business and Management or related discipline with at least a 2.2.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and supply chain placements across MBDA projects.
• Build partnerships with UK and international suppliers.
• Develop technical, commercial and professional procurement skills.
