Job summary

BakerHicks in London is offering a 2027 Graduate Engineer - High Voltage (Power) role within a two-year graduate scheme. You’ll engage in hands-on HV design, calculations, and project support across 11kV to 400kV, with mentorship towards chartership and professional development.

You will join a multi-disciplinary team, contribute to high-profile projects, and gain experience across sectors while developing technical and soft skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing designs, calculations and drawings for EHV projects (11kV–400kV).
• Support assessments and reports under HV engineering workflows.
• Contribute to health, safety and sustainability reviews on projects.
