Job summary

Graphcore in the UK offers a two-year Graduate Silicon Engineer programme in Bristol or Cambridge. From day one, you’ll own tasks, share ideas and help shape the next generation of AI chips, learning from engineers passionate about your success.

You’ll rotate through RTL, verification, physical design or DFT, gaining experience with RTL, SOC integration and EDA tools while receiving mentoring and practical project exposure.

Qualifications

• On track for, or achieved, a degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a related subject such as Physics, Maths
• Strong coding skills in C, C++ or Python
• Interest in digital design, ASICs, verification, physical design, computer architecture or AI compute, and willingness to learn modern silicon design techniques and EDA tools

Responsibilities

• Join one of Graphcore's four Silicon teams and contribute to real chip development.
• Learn RTL design, SOC integration, verification methods, physical implementation or DFT.
• Use industry‑standard EDA tools and take ownership of tasks with guidance from experienced engineers
