Job summary

Graphcore is offering a two-year Graduate Silicon Engineer programme based in Bristol or Cambridge. From day one you’ll own tasks, share ideas and contribute to the development of AI chips alongside a supportive team focused on your growth.

You’ll join one of four silicon teams and work on RTL design, verification, physical design or DFT, using industry-standard EDA tools and gaining practical, career-building experience in chip development.

Qualifications

• On track for or have achieved a degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related subject.
• Solid coding skills in C, C++ or Python.
• Interest in ASICs, AI compute, and silicon design; eager to learn modern EDA techniques.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to RTL design, verification, physical design or DFT within a silicon team.
• Work with industry-standard EDA tools on real chip development tasks.
• Learn from experienced engineers and participate in manufacture preparation.
