As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW, you will specialise from day one in your chosen discipline. Working in teams of consultants, you'll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets and technical expertise. You will work on a range of environmental and planning projects, which may include major infrastructure, urban regeneration, and community-focused projects, exposing you to a variety of challenges and technical specialists.

Fire Safety - Our experienced and growing Fire Safety team provides technical support for all RIBA stages (design, construction, and post-construction) for all types of built environments and sectors. We have been involved in complex high-profile schemes as well as smaller projects, enhancing fire safety in designs and adding value to our clients. As a Graduate, you will be part of our team, assisting in these projects, and will have the opportunity to learn new skills such as computational simulation modelling and digital solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player.
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible, we embrace virtual working).
• Hold a full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK.
• Comfortable with site-based working when required for projects.
