Location: Based at our client site in Brighton, with regular travel throughout the UK portfolio and occasional travel to EMEA, as requested by the client.

Job Description:
- Responsible for maintaining fire safety compliance and emergency evacuation procedures for UK client facilities.
- Deliver awareness training on fire and emergency building procedures to all client staff.
- Coordinate fire safety programs within building management in leased facilities.
- Conduct regular fire safety refresher training for Emergency Team members.
- Provide fire safety training for new Emergency Wardens and Global Security Guards.
- Develop and deliver Emergency Team training covering emergency procedures, incident reporting, and fire extinguisher use.
- Coordinate fire evacuation drills in accordance with client policies and legal requirements, communicating findings to stakeholders.
- Perform annual Fire Risk Assessments for all buildings or as required.
- Assist local regulatory agencies as needed.
- Ensure fire safety information is displayed appropriately at all staff locations.
- Develop Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEP) for Persons Requiring Assistance (PRA), following client policies and legal standards.
- Create Fire Safety Awareness campaigns for the UK market, in coordination with the Regional Fire Safety Coordinator – EMEA.
- Support and align with the client Fire and Emergency departments’ values and vision.
- Perform any other reasonable management requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate fire evacuation drills, ensuring compliance and stakeholder communication.
- Enhance training content and delivery to promote a safer working environment.
- Act as the global escalation point for database inquiries.
- Support the Regional Fire Safety Coordinator – EMEA.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and regional data protection laws.
Person Specifications:
- Recognized Fire Safety qualification, including FRA.
- H&S qualification (preferred).
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and scheduling abilities.
- Numerate, capable of basic data analysis.
- Creative, flexible, responsible, and able to manage shifting priorities and multitask.
- Five years of verifiable work history and references.
- Ability to pass a criminal records check (CRC).
