The Trust seeks to expand its Fire Safety Advisors. We need a motivated, qualified, and enthusiastic individual to join our fire safety team, working across the Trust. This role involves supporting fire safety initiatives and ensuring compliance across our estate.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to promote sound fire safety practices across a diverse estate. Travel across sites is required; a full driving license and access to insured transport are essential and must be confirmed in your application.
You will join a friendly, supportive, and creative team dedicated to high-quality service delivery. Your responsibilities include advising on technical and legislative fire safety matters and monitoring fire safety across Trust premises, leased, PFI, and other occupied sites.
Provide comprehensive fire management and training services, offering expert advice to ensure statutory compliance. Conduct fire risk assessments and reviews, recommend improvements, and promote a safety culture. Deliver fire safety training to staff at all levels, following NHS best practices. Support the Estates & Facilities fire safety team in fostering a positive fire safety culture.
