Lendable is hiring a Graduate Complaints Officer to start a career in operations within financial services. You’ll join as a Graduate focused on handling complaints and train to become fully competent, investigating and resolving complex customer interactions across loans, cards and auto-finance.

You will manage your own caseload from early on, speak with customers directly, and be supported through structured training, coaching and feedback to develop in the role.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level.
• Exceptional written communication – able to structure an argument clearly.
• Aptitude for investigation, analysis, problem-solving and dispute resolution.
• Strong organisation and self-management – manage caseloads and deadlines.
• Sound judgement and a moral compass: speak up for good customer outcomes.
• Willingness to learn FCA regulation and DISP rules and guidance.

Aufgaben

• Investigating and resolving complaints about loans, cards and auto-finance products.
• Self-managing a varied and increasingly complex caseload with minimal supervision.
• Communicating with complainants in writing and by phone, managing expectations with tact.
• Writing professional final response letters explaining decisions and rights to refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
• Following complaint handling standards and maintaining clear records with documented rationale.
• Feeding back learnings to frontline and product teams to drive improvements.
