The Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify potential clients and candidates.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Working closely with Seniors and Partners to understand clients' recruitment needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and regulations related to the sector you specialise in.

The Requirements:

• 2:1 or 1st class degree from a red brick or Russell Group university.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships.
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
