The Role – Executive Search Consultant

• Sitting in on briefing meetings with your clients, to fully understand their offering and requirements for hiring
• Market mapping and identifying the best talent for your clients - this is done through networking, researching various platforms, and knowing your clients’ competitors
• Providing a long-list of candidates for your client and working together to create a short-list of suitable talent to approach
• Working closely with your team throughout the interview process and ensuring everything is moving smoothly
• Creating reports for your clients following any processes - competitor analysis, salary comparisons, etc.
• Building up your personal online brand in order to build closer relationships with others in your space

The Ideal Candidate – Executive Search Consultant

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
• Ideally you will have some level of commercial experience – internships, placement year, full-time work (pre or post university)
• Confident and articulate when speaking with high-level stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Drive to build a long-term, successful career
