This is a client-facing sales and business development role in the global corporate sector.

• You will have targets and KPIs, with rewards including commission, incentives, and career progression.
• Specialize globally within one of nearly 40 niche industries (e.g., Industrial, Real estate, Agriculture, Ingredients, Life science, Medical).
• Build client and candidate relationships from scratch using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and our CRM system.
• Manage high-level executive openings and headhunt top industry talent aligned with client needs.
• Oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process.
