Job summary

Babcock invites applications for its Environmental Engineering Graduate Programme in Bristol. The two-year programme rotates every three to six months, exposing you to environmental challenges in defence-focused projects while building a broad, practical engineering background.

Starting salary is £35,000 and increases with location and qualifications. You will develop through structured support, mentorship, and pathways toward professional registration within our engineering function.

Qualifications

• Required degree(s) in a relevant field as listed.
• Clearance requirements BPSS, SC and NNPI may apply.
• Programme accepts multiple engineering disciplines as shown.

Responsibilities

• Rotations every 3–6 months across placements.
• Work on environmental protection and sustainability within defence projects.
• Support design, environmental impact assessments, and reporting throughout placements.
