MBDA UK is offering an Engineering Support Graduate Programme 2027 in Stevenage, United Kingdom. As a Graduate in Customer Support and Services (CSS), you will help ensure our products are ready for action and interact with the Royal Navy, Army, and Royal Air Force.

Placements span the CADMID cycle and may involve developing or supporting in-service systems, with opportunities to resolve technical issues with the Design Team.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering with minimum of 2:2.
• Ability to communicate engineering principles clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work across CADMID cycle and with Design Team.

Responsibilities

• Placements across the CADMID cycle influencing the system design.
• Support In-Service products and help to keep systems operational; resolve technical issues with the Design Team.
• Gain hands-on engineering experience bridging classroom learning with practical defence industry applications.
