MBDA is offering an Engineering Support Graduate Programme 2027 in the UK. Qualifications

• Engineering degree (minimum 2:2) required.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work across the CADMID cycle on development or in-service support.
• Resolve technical queries with the Design Team and support maintenance activities.
• Gain hands-on engineering experience in defence projects and customer support.
• Structured training and guidance provided throughout the programme.
