Job summary

Orion Electrotech, a well-established engineering and manufacturing business, is looking for a Graduate Engineering Coordinator to support engineers, coordinate operational activities and ensure projects and service work are delivered efficiently.

This role offers exposure to engineering operations, project delivery and service support within a fast-paced technical environment, ideal for a graduate starting their career in operations or project coordination.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

Coordinate engineer schedules and support resource planning activities.
Arrange travel, accommodation and logistics for engineers and project teams.
Maintain project documentation, reports and operational records.
Support compliance and site documentation requirements.
Create and update spreadsheets for planning and reporting.
Liaise with engineers, suppliers and customers to ensure activities run smoothly.
Assist with day-to-day project and operational coordination activities.
