Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd is seeking graduates to join a two-year programme, placed on live UK projects from day one. You will rotate across projects, sectors and specialisms while working towards chartered status with ICE or RICS. Expect mentorship, safety and sustainability driven engineering excellence as you develop.

Starting in September 2027, the programme is UK-wide with strong emphasis on teamwork and hands-on technical training to accelerate professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil engineering or related subject, completed or due in 2027.
• Curiosity, drive and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel and move between project locations.

Responsibilities

• Join live project teams from day one and contribute to significant UK projects.
• Rotate across projects, sectors, and specialisms to build breadth.
• Work towards chartership with ICE or RICS.
