Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd. is offering a graduate programme across UK projects beginning September 2027. You will join a live project team from day one, gaining hands-on experience and working toward becoming a chartered professional.

You will rotate across projects, sectors, and specialisms, with a clear route to chartership with ICE or RICS. Four dedicated days per year are set aside for professional development, plus a cohort-based support structure.

Formación

• A degree in Civil engineering or a related subject, completed or due in 2027
• Curiosity, drive and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to travel and move between project locations
