Job summary

Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd looks for graduates to join a two-year program, rotating across projects, sectors and specialisms. You’ll work on UK sites, with the aim of becoming a chartered professional.

You'll benefit from a structured development path, dedicated PD days, and support to progress through ICE or RICS while contributing to high-profile buildings and infrastructure across the country.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil engineering or related subject, completed or due in 2027.
• Curiosity, drive and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel and move between project locations.

Responsibilities

• Join one core job family and rotate across projects, sectors, and specialisms to build breadth.
• Clear route to chartership with ICE or RICS; 4 dedicated days a year for professional development.
• Be part of live project teams on UK projects and contribute from day one.
