Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd is recruiting graduates for a UK-wide programme beginning September 2027. You will work on live projects, gaining breadth across sectors and locations, while aiming for chartered status with ICE or RICS.

You will rotate across projects, undertake structured development activities, and join a cohort that supports you through a two-year journey, including dedicated development days and practical simulations as you advance toward chartership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil engineering or related subject, completed or due in 2027.
• Curiosity, drive and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel and move between project locations.
