Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood, West Sussex (UK) offers a two-year Assembly Final Test and Finish Production Graduate Programme starting September 2027. You will join the Assembly team to support safe, efficient vehicle assembly operations, gaining hands-on exposure to production processes and continuous improvement.

The programme targets high-potential graduates in Engineering or Manufacturing with a 2:2+ degree, and provides training, exposure to pre-series builds, and development

Qualifications

• Have achieved a minimum of a 2:2 in your bachelor’s degree, or a pass in your master’s studies - preferably in an Engineering or Manufacturing related field, or any other related disciplines.
• Advanced understanding of manufacturing or engineering principles
• Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving capability

Responsibilities

• Support test and final finish operations.
• Ensure adherence to standardised work instructions and production sequences
• Contribute to maintaining stable production flow and process adherence
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve buildability and quality issues
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action
• Assist in process confirmations and validation activities
• Contribute to process improvements in quality, efficiency, and ergonomics
• Support time studies and process optimisation activities
• Assist with updating standardised work and documentation
• Participate in pre-series build events
• Support validation of new components, tools, and processes
• Assist with training rollout and new model introduction
