To grow our Civil/Structural team, we are looking for a Graduate Engineer to join us. Working on infrastructure projects, you’ll co-create on some of the most prestigious programmes in the UK. You'll also be supported by our engineers on your ongoing professional development (Chartership) with a tailored plan to achieve your career aspirations.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Producing engineering designs, assessments, and evaluations in accordance with project requirements
- Checking design calculations and drawings done by other engineers
- Performing a wide variety of engineering activities including collating and understanding data, running analysis, developing calculation methods, and working with colleagues to deliver high-quality project work
- Contributing to the dissemination of engineering good practice and implementation of our in-house tools such as the carbon calculation tool
- With the support of your project manager, planning and prioritising your workload, reporting on progress against a project budget and schedule
- Delivering your work to a high technical standard, ensuring accuracy through diligent self-checking, and attending site visits or client meetings

Additionally, you will have:
- Currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng, BSc, Meng, MSc) with aspirations to become a Chartered Engineer
- Some experience in an engineering environment (such as a year in industry or summer placements) is preferred
- A deep understanding and passion for engineering, with a commitment to technical excellence
- Ability and desire to work in a diverse, multidisciplinary team
- Good communication skills and teamwork
